All sales undertaken by us either at auction or privately are undertaken either as agent on behalf of the Seller or as principal if we are the owner of the Lot.
Catalogue description & Estimates:
The authenticity of the coins is unconditionally guaranteed, without a time limit. All identifications of the items sold in this catalogue are statements of opinion and made in good faith. The description is made by experts and NAC guarantees authenticity.
Should occur against our better knowledge that an item is a forgery, the payment will be returned to the client, but the client cannot ask for compensation.
Should for any reason the product purchased not conform to the description made by our experts, or should the quality of the goods not be as described, the client has the right to return this item within seven days of receipt of the goods, explaining to us the reason for his claim. The client may request the return of his money or leave it a credit for new purchases. If the client is at fault and we are prepared for the client to return the item, he will be issued with a credit note. For return shipment, the client is obliged to tell us the shipping date beforehand so that the shipment can be insured.
Estimates are in Euros and are intended as a starting price and not as a statement of opinion of value.
